Picture yourself sitting on the beach, watching the sun go down, a beautiful sunset swim (optional of course), while being surrounded by the most magical energy and powerful conversations.
Once we are clear on your intentions for 2024, Asha will also guide you on how to create your own powerful journaling practice to help you make it happen. Please bring your copy of My Self Love Journal and My Self Love Story if you have them, otherwise any lined journal will do.
