My sessions with Asha have been life changing! There is no better way to put it. After the first session shifts had already started. I was so nervous to start, that I wouldn't do it well or that I wasn't open minded enough to start this self-love journey but having my feelings about my body and where I am in life be validated and learning that I can shift my mindset to be healthier, happier and nicer to myself was incredible. I remember always re-reading the notes from each session and being shocked at how much I had buried over the years, the negative thoughts I was raised on, how much toxic inner mean girl thoughts I had trained my brain into thinking were completely normal and okay, when in fact they were horrible and hurtful and didn't own an ounce of truth. I am a sucker for homework and I loved and still use every activity Asha sent me away with after each session. I found that after each session I felt so confident and happy that I had chosen to do the mentoring, and chosen Asha to be my mentor as there is no better person you want on your side during your self love journey. Not only do you get your sessions, you get round the clock care. Asha checks weekly, anytime you have a bad day or even better, a good day, she's there for a message or call to hear all about it and help you through it. I not only started this journey to better myself and the way I viewed my body, but to also learn how to speak better to myself and look after myself so when I have children, I am confident enough to know I am raising them in a body confident and safe space and the mentoring with Asha has 100% made me feel like by continuing to do the work and having breakthroughs I will reach my goal of loving myself and being able to raise kids that love themselves as well. The work Asha has done, the business she has created is truly incredible and inspiring. She has come such a long way in her own journey and to decide to make it her mission to help other girls reach their goals and strive to work through their own journey is just insanely beautiful. I will never stop promoting her work, her mentoring, her journals and her overall outlook on life! Asha, you are an incredible human and anyone that crosses paths with you is and will be forever grateful because your energy is next level! I am forever excited to continue on my journey of self-love and am forever thankful for your help xxx
